As an owner of the salon, this man is pompous and arrogant. He has no idea how to treat his customers. He should not be pumping gas at a gas station let alone running a hair salon. He treats his staff just like his customers......shitty!...

I just moved to Cary and I'm very picky about my hair. I tried a few places til I came here, and I am so glad I found my new place!

Liza was my stylist and she was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and confident when it came to color (I have dirty blond hair with some grays). Usually I have to get my roots dyed, then get highlights after and it is expensive and I am at the salon for hours. Liza did a new technique called ""baliage"" where she did the roots and painted highlights on at the same time and it looks amazing and saved me time and money.

I was so glad when I finally found Ashley at Salon Jon Clay! It wasn't until a few months ago when they called to confirm my appointment that I was told she no longer worked there. I asked them if they knew where she went and they simply would not tell me, just that they could rescheduale me with another stylist. Since that wasn't going to happen I went on a mission. After a lot or searching I finally found her at Atomic 2 Salon. I decided to post this to save everyone else the headache of looking for her.

I have always had trouble coloring my hair. My hair is naturally brown with red highlights. When I highlight my hair, it clings to the red tones and my hair looks like a haystack. I am so happy that I found Aarika. She is incredible. I have used her several times and not once have I been disappointed. When I leave the salon, I don't feel like a ""brass bed"". It feels great to have someone who knows how to work with hard to color hair. As long as Aarika is with Salon John Clay; I will be there as well.

I really wanted to give this salon a try, so I called for a consultation. I had a postcard in the mail with their specials, and I was hoping one of the specials would work for my hair. I was told that there would be time for my hair to be done after the initial consultation.
