Eyebrows with Michelle great! Haircut with Jessica S. AWFUL!!! Not only did she run Late after already calling to set my appointment back but the haircut was terrible! it is way too short and just a poor style (no layers/angles nothing) There is nothing left to do but cry and wait it out. She said she was going to cut 4 inches and cut closer to 7.5 inches (it barely touches my shoulders and it was 5 inches past my breasts) I said I wanted a trim and got nothing remotely close. It looks like she cut a ponytail off and was done. I'm embarrassed of my hair when it was once a source of pride....
