The manager, or owner of the business is very unprofessional. I expressed my concern with her on 25Jan17. She stated that it would be taken care of whenever I came in again. I came back that night at 7:15. The shop was closed, but the sign says they were to close at 8. Horrible customer service, poor leadership and management. If I could not give a rating I would as one star is too much. The manager has the worst attitude for someone so senior in age. With that...

The girls there are fun and there's always great music playing. It makes all these other nails places seem like a torture session!!
