We had SUCH a fun trip to Salishan this summer! We found a deal for them on Sharing Spree so we decided to check them - we hadn't been there before even though we've driven by numerous times. We had SUCH a great time! I thought it was really cool that we could grab golf clubs and go play mini golf anytime we wanted to at no charge and the fire at night for s'mores was so great! Our room was quiet and cozy and I loved that they had a Keurig for lots of fresh coffee. The housekeeping staff so super nice and gave us extra K-cups too! Just a great place to go. The prices were fairly decent. Great Ammenities. Golf was very challenging.
Salishan is in a beautiful setting and the rooms and grounds are quite lovely and well kept (except mechanically). The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful, but are not at all knowledgeable about food, wine, and especially customer service. I would like to emphazise that most of the people working at Salishan were very pleasant and made efforts to be helpful, I just don't think Salishan offers any training whatsoever.
When we arrived at our room, it gave the initial appearance of having been well cleaned. Then, we found several hairs in the tub and a mostly empty can of Orange Crush...
