Maintenance is a joke. They can say they ordered parts but you won't hear from them for months. They will also lie and blame damage to appliances that they did and blame it on tenants. This is NOT a community for you if you have children. Cheaply built apartments and they go up quite a bit come renewal time. Too much negative things to list here.
