Dont do business with this company.

I inquired about ordering parts for my EVO a while back. Initially the phone call was good. The sales guy Brian quoted me some really good prices. They were nearly too good but I didn't think much about it. I ordered about $1200 in parts about a week later.

I showed up in person and paid on the spot. I was told the parts would take about 1-2 weeks at max to get because they coming from California.

A week went by and none of the parts had arrived. Week two and only half my order arrived. Come to find out they never ordered all the parts at the beginning. I had already paid them so WTF you might say.

Well since I wasn't going to put anything on for another week or so I took it with a grain of salt. Two weeks passed and my parts finally arrived.

So I go to pick up the parts and I am told by some other guy (dont remember his name) that the price I paid was not the right amount and that I still owned them another $131! Apparently the good deal was too good to be true. So I told them I wasn't going to pay and just refund me for the parts because I didnt want them now.

They told me there would be a 30% restocking fee but they couldn't refund it because they ere special ordered and specials orders were final. He tried to apologize while I stood there and held my emotion in.

He said if I had them install all the parts they would do it below their shop rate. He gave me a quote of another $1100 to install and exhaust, blow off valve, intake and mini-battery.

I paid the extra $131 and took my parts. Terrible service, incorrect quotes, didn't order my parts correctly. Ridiculous labor quotes. Their employees are morons.

ALL I CAN SAY NOW IS WHAT A F@!%!*G JOKE!

I wouldn't have even gave them 1 star but you have to select at least 1.
