The visit was like no other. The staff is unprofessional and not truthful. Getting my prescription was like pulling teeth.
I asked for an eye examination for both contacts and glasses. I was only given the eyeglass prescription after asking for it repeatedly... and the run around on the contact prescription, which I never received.

I have been a patient of Dr Safier's for the past few years. I like him as well as his staff. I am not only satisfied with their professionalism, but when I need an appointment I get in as soon as possible and when I have my eye exams my wait is not long at all and my wait for my eye glasses are no longer than a few days, perhaps a week at the most.
