Help us make it rightI rented with this Apt complex for about a year. Maintenance issues were difficult to get fixed. Even when every pipe in our apartment was flooding, and we called the "emergency" maintenance number, they told us that the maintenance guy would be there in the morning to take a look at the problem. The apartment manager is nice and will work with you...well, when she's actually there. Don't count on the hours of operation, it's hit or miss. Especially don't count on getting your security deposit back, even if the apartment is in better shape than when you received it. United Property Associates is all about the money, when they see an opportunity to cash in, they will, doesn't matter who you are or if you have a family to support or not. Definitely do NOT rent from this apartment complex, or any that are owned by UPA. I promise you, it's not worth the hassle or money.
