poor service

Bought a boat trailer with front bunks that collapsed the first time I used it. Poor quality brackets and no response back when I requested new brackets. Subsequent phone calls not returned. Caused damage to my boat that I was kind enough not to seek $ from S&S. Would not recommend purchasing any trailer from them.
