Ryan Inc installs and services residential and commercial air conditioning and heating systems, electrical systems and plumbing systems
I happen to be very picky and can be a pain in the a** when it comes to having work done to my home or appliances because I expect the best when it comes to spending my hard earned money. I can honestly say that Ryan Inc. exceeds my expectations every time! I had a complete AC central air unit, Furnace and Attic insulation done 1 year ago in my home. In the beginning there were some adjustments and corrections which needed to be made and Ryan was there every step of the way to fix the problem to my satisfaction. Following the AC unit I needed plumbing work done and decided to call a different plumber who was offering "special promotion" the other company came out and gave me an estimate of $800 bucks to fix what I knew was a minor problem. I went with my gut and called old faithful Ryan Inc. who came out and fixed my Plumbing issue quickly and charged $175 which I thought was fair. Palmira in their customer support area is a pleasure to work with and anticipates the services I need and makes suggestions before I can even ask. I'm surprised that a business the size of Ryan is able to give the personal service they provide. Overall Ryan is the only company I trust to supply all of my household Heating, Cooling and Plumbing needs. They are the best!
Hello, I've been a resident of Roselle for my whole life. From the beginning, I knew of Ryan in the form of "Mr. Ryan" whom my grandfather was friends with. His name was John Ryan and I think he was the founder. As a child, I can still remember Mr. Ryan delivering coal to our home. The best parts about these visits were that he would bring me and my sisters each a small chocolate bar. Those were the days.
Later on after my grandfather passed away, we continued to stay close with the Ryan's. My father would later go on to buy oil from them. During these times, I didn't see Mr. Ryan very often as I was busy with my own life. However, years ago, I remember learning the he had passed away. It was very saddening, but the company lived on. My father continued to purchase oil from Ryan until he passed in 1997.
I moved back into my childhood home soon thereafter and was still calling Ryan for everything. During last year, Ryan did a maintenance on my oil boiler and informed me that it was falling apart and something needed to be done. That's when I met Tim Ryan, one of the John’s sons.
Tim came to my house and we talked about some options I had. He explained that converting to a gas steam boiler was my best option. It was more efficient, more environmentally friendly, and less expensive than my oil boiler. Needless to say, I had Tim bring get a contract and he walked me through how the job was going to be financed, how the permits would be filed, and just about any question I could imagine. The job began quickly.
On the first day of work, the men came in, introduced themselves and struck up conversation. They were some of the friendliest and well mannered gentleman I've ever met. I absolutely loved having them replace my boiler.
After the new system was installed, Tim came back to my house to show me where all the parts were and answer any other questions I had. You can clearly tell that Tim is John's son by how kind, outgoing, and thoughtful he is. I also love the flawless work that Ryan did in my house. From a third generation customer of this company, I can say this is a good, decent professional company, and would certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

I've used Ryan HVAC for almost 2 decades. When I was new to the area, I literally called them from the yellow pages, hoping for the best. I got the best! We hired them for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. We figured since they do electrical and plumbing, we wouldn't have to deal with seperate contractors. It was the biggest mistake ever. 1) Their plumber and electrican don't communicate with each other.2) The plumber didn't know what he was …
We recently contracted with Ryan, Inc. to install geothermal heating/cooling and a stand-alone generator in our house. We could not be happier with the results. From the very start, Patrick Ryan and his entire team were exceptional. Patrick has a level of understanding about the process that is both impressive and reassuring. His knowledge is exceeded only by his honesty and attention to...
