I purchased a Ryan home townhouse in 2006. The house is built terribly - I can hear the person next door talking, going to the bathroom even cooking. It is a a totally rip off and built with the cheapest materials they could find on the earth. They are rude including the sales rep who sold the house and will never listen to the customers.
