It was my and my boyfriend first time going to Ruth Chris and we arrived and were seated promptly. We had Mike as our server and he was very knowledgeable about the menu and very personable and was able to offer suggestions from drinks to the entree and even dessert. Very very disappointing! This was my Birthday Dinner. The steaks were tough, the service was terrible, our waiter kept disappearing and no other server would make eye contact to assist us. Always have had good steaks in the past, not today, all 4 steaks were terrible, tough & chewy.. At the end of the meal, no one offered a dessert for my Birthday. We will not be back.
