Normally Ruth's Chris is my go to place for all special occasions but tonight was disappointing. I ordered a filet medium that came very rare. The 12 oz ribeye... I/2 of it was great ,cooked just right ( Pittsburgh, medium) and tender , second half was tasty but tough, so tough it was just not chewable
