Rutbergs couldnt find my furs in storage. Kept giving me the run arround about looking for them. Never did get them. Another friend said same thing happened to her. Dont know how he stays in business. I switched to another fur storage company on Chestnut Street for last few years have had no problems. MUCH MUCH CHEAPER!
