My heat pump decided to retire a week ago. After trying in vain to have it repaired, I called Russell's. A gentleman, Brad West came to my house and worked a great deal on a new York unit. Today, as was scheduled, at a little after 8 AM as promised, Jeramie Bottoms showed up and immediately went to work to remove the old unit. He was joined by Jonathan Mouder a short time later, and, together, they worked till after 5 PM to complete the job. They were efficient, knowledgeable and professional, answering every question and taking care to treat my property as if it were their own. I am now...
