We purchased a very expensive heat/AC unit from Russels over a year ago that has never worked properly; However, that isn't the worst part. The techs and management got so tired of coming to fix it over the past year that they now just ignore our calls for repair. They make us set appointments and wait days even when we have no heat and then never show up for the appointment. When we call to ask where they are, they promise to get someone to call us but nobody ever calls back. So not only are we are out thousands of dollars, but we have to be treated like dirt as well. I suggest anyone looking to hire this company look elsewhere.
