Far more than a running/sports store - they are the hub of the running community. The owner, James, and the staff members do so much to promote fitness in the NRV. You'll go in for shoes, and leave with shoes plus information and motivation! They go above and beyond - you can email in shoe orders, recycle old shoes, get advice on injuries and training questions.
