Rumors has gone down hill to be honest. Not a huge fan anymore, the things they sell aren't really good quality or are over priced for what they are. Selling to them is a joke too. They'll take 1/5th of what you bring and give you like $5 for it but resell everything for waayyyyy more. I understand wanting to make a profit but it's honestly ridiculous. Rumors is not an ideal place to shop for those of you that are “plus size”. I mean, if you love going into a store where you know there’s a slim chance anything will fit and you love the feeling of all the employees side eying you for existing and looking around the store, then you’ll LOVE this place. I enjoy this place, purchased some of my favorite garments from here. Prices are always fair and the staff is always helpful and available. I especially like the blonde that does the buying, super friendly gal.

Since moving to Richmond, I still haven't found a better "thrift boutique" than Rumors. I never leave there without at least one thing. Whether you're into hardcore, metal, rap, vintage apparel, shoes, skate decks, hats, accessories, etc. Rumors always has what you need for an affordable price.
