We stopped in, and as is its reputation the food was great. As a veteran, it warms my heart when companies show appreciation and this facility did, even giving me a pin. The brisket was juice with a great smoke ring, the cause has a little kick, the beans are great and the cream corn is to die for.

Did not like this place at all. Atmosphere is bizarre and the food was gross. Brisket was dried out and fatty. Only good thing I had was the creamed corn. Do not recommend!

Liked the atmosphere at Rudy's. Cream corn was one of a kind and worth the trip. Went with 8 others and I think we all had brisket and all thought it was underwhelming. I am a huge brisket connoisseur and smoke my own for 16+ hrs. Rudy's brisket tasted nothing like it though-dry and rubbery with a hint of smoke...
