NO CONSIDERATION OR RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLES TIME: The stylist was running late for about 30 min and thats OK it can happen to anyone.... BUT NOT ONCE she came to apologize or check on me to see if I needed to reschedule or something. So when she finally decided to show up calling my name 35 minutes later. I was already on the phone rescheduling my appointments and letting people know that I would not be able to make it on time.
So I get off the phone and tell her...Sorry I have to go now is too late....She tells me Thats is OK...LOL. Not one single effort to retain the customer or nothing at all....SHE JUST DID NOT CARE. With that said, I went to COST CUTTERY ON TEH LEFT SIDE OF FARM FRESH and the simple haircut I needed was done in 17 min for the same amount and with the same quality.
As a result Rudy & Kelly Hairstylist - Mt. Pleasant Salon & Spa lost 4 clients because my wife, our two kids and I are never going back to a place where employees show no consideration or respect for their clients time.
I lived in the Northern VA area for about 15 yrs and prior to that I lived in Richmond, VA.
