Dining alone and I MUST say the server was quite fast. I had the salad bar which was fresh, I also had the bourbon salmon with rice and a mai tai drink and everything was on point. Not many people...

Salad bar was a little skimpy. The food overall seemed to be less fresh than I expected. Chicken too dry and overlooked. The salmon was tasty but a bit salty.
