Not too happy about the food quality at this location. Their salad bar isn't the best either. Last time the potato salad chunks were so large they might have well served me a whole potato. Obviously someone is lazy in the kitchen. All three of our meal were nothing exciting. Waitress was very good though, not her fault the food is bad.

We came in on a Saturday evening while it was sleeting outside. The staff was friendly and business was slow. Our drinks from the bar were well made and we had appetizers. We loved the shrimp and cheese over nachos dish. It's new.

Just left RT after waiting for 13 minutes without any service. After 8 minutes I asked hostess if a waitress was available and she said "she should be there in a minute." She did not attempt to notify anyone and we sat for 5 more minutes without any service and left at 8:13 pm. There were maybe 5 tables with customers.

I hadn't been to Ruby Tuesdays on over 5 years. Their menu has definitely changed for the better. A great ending to our girls day/evening out.
