We have been here a few times before and it's not our favorite RT but it was convenient for our hotel. Service was prompt and food was pretty good but just felt the staff were not that committed to customer service. Restaurant was also a little on the dark side. Will probably come here again for convenience.
We took advantage of my free RT birthday burger at this location. The order had some flaws. My smokehouse burger was missing its onion rings but the server did correct it by bringing a plate of onion rings to make up for that. Fantastic! This restaurant is not that big nor busy. We had to wait for a table and half the restaurant was empty. They have a small salad bar and the restrooms were dirty.
We ate dinner here because we were familiar with the chain and had prior good experiences at other of their locations. Staff was friendly and pleasant and the, service was adequate, not so the food. Everything was much overcooked, fish, ribs, and vegetables. The place was nearly empty, now we know why.
