I was very pleased from the moment I opened the front door to the time Justin left. He introduced himself telling me who he was representing and what he was to do. The quality of the work was decent and most of the workers were pleasant, but that where the good stops. The overall communication between company and employees was terrible. My husband and I took out the maintenance service two weeks ago on the unit we purchased from R.S. Andrews last June, which we are very happy with.
