We have only lived here for a little bit but we LOVE everything about this apartment. Other tennets are super friendly and nice and the mantainence staff is quick to fix an problems that you might have. Quiet building even though all 6 apartments in this building have dogs. Would recommend this apartment to anyone needing a place to live.

I love my apartment. It's spacious. It's a lot in rent for me and my income level but it's a great starter place and my family needed it.

Great View Kudzu

My wife and I considered moving to Royal Oaks Apartments when we moved to Tennessee. The have a great location right in Franklin and the view from the apartments is spectacular.
