Most disgusting bathrooms ever!

Hands down the most disgusting bathroom ever! I can't believe they actually serve food here! Ewwww! I can understand some gas stations are busy and patrons are to blame most of the time but this place has clearly not been cleaned ever! I'm utterly disgusted and the health department should be alerted. I wish they'd put those grades up for bathrooms too so we know what were in for if you stop in...
