If you like history and ambience, then this is a great place to grab lunch or a beer. Just seeing the Face on the Barroom Floor is worth at least a drink or two.

It's an experience, much like what you get & pay at for instance, Morton's Steakhouse.
Went to Opera in the next buiding, supposed to be oldest opera house west of the Mississippi...........

When it opened its doors in 1872, the Teller House was the most opulent hotel between Chicago and San Francisco. Rooms cost $2 a night at a time when the going rate was 50 cents.
