They came over yesterday. Plumbing is tricky. Small local companies are not usually cheaper than the big ones, as you may think. After a frustrating experience with a local and cheap plumber, I was happy to have a professional company over. You need to do your research and make them know about it before they give you their estimate. Prices for services such as main line cleaning are expensive...

Called Roto-Rooter when a pipe burst in the basement. Was promised a plumber owuld arive within two hours. About 90 minutes went by and Ron arrived. He gave me an estimate before he began that I was comfortable with. He completed the job and charged me what he quoted, no hidden surprises. Overall, the experience was very good. If needed, I'll use Roto-Rooter again.

Roto-Rooter Plumging service in DC

On Sunday morning I needed a plumber to fix a stopped up kitchen sink. Serviceman arrived in about two hours, not bad. Price seemed okay and he did clean up before he left. I would use Roto-Rooter again and will recommmend them to anyone in the NW DC area.

The Roto-Rooter plumber gave me good service. He arrived within the promised time frame and gave me a free estimate before starting work. He unclogged my toilet quickly, cleaned up afterwards, and charged me exactly what he quoted. I think this was very good service and would recommend them to my NE DC neighbors.

I needed a plumber last week to fix a leak in my basement. My neighbor told me she had used Roto-Rooter before and was satisfied. I called to see how long it would take to get service and was told that ""a plumber is on the way"". WIthin an hour, Ron arrived. He was very courteous and explained what he needed to do to correct the problem. He did an excellent job and actuallly took the time to clean up most of the mess that was there when he arrived. I recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone in DC needing a reputable plumber. Ask for Ron, he was great.
