called them about 3 or 4 on a Friday. They were at my house before 9 on Saturday. unclogged my disposal drain in less time than expected. So, though still expensive (they are plumbers, after all!), the job cost less than originally quoted.Very nice man.will call again if I should need to!

Scheduled time for service was 9am-11am. They showed up at 5:30pm. Broke the toilet, replaced it with the cheapest toilet you can buy as opposed to the elongated toilet that was in there. To be fair to this organization, the service person was extremely apologetic and offered to come back the …

Roto-Rooter was very profesional from the start. It was a Saturday and RR said a representative would be there to quote the emergency outdoor water leak with no cost for the quote. After inspection I agreed to proceed and they determined the issue and saved me significant money compared to other quotes I received. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for their customer servcie and quality.
