Not very proficient, efficient, or responsive. Placed service order in at 10:30 p.m. At 2;20 a.m. told tech to leave property. BEWARE! There's a reason why Roto-Rooter tells you they can have a plumber to your house within the hour --when others have a 1-2 day wait-- and that the service call is free. I didn't want to be without a working garbage disposal over a weekend, so I OK-ed for them to come out. The plumber …

I just needed an estimate. That's all I asked for cause I wanted to know what the problem was. The guy was nice and just did a quick check. He quoted me $410. Little did I know by signing the contact I was agreeing to the price. I felt so bad when I told him I did not request service (I was clear on that when talking to customer service) and just needed an estimate. Live and Learn.
