Roswell Toyota

The service department at Nalley Toyota, specifically Richard Osborne and the service mgr. Todd Starnes, is the reason I purchased a new Toyota Highlander recently. I have been using Roswell Nalley since 2002 and must say that my experience has always been excellent. The service department is the reason the sales department made another sale. I am always offered a shuttle or loaner vehicle if my car requires more time. I also don't mind sitting at their coffee bar catching up on work while I wait. I was very disappointed at my recent service appointment. I waited for over an hour and a half for basic service that I was told would be 30 to 45 minutes. No one came to get me so I went to find the person who checked me and my car was sitting there. No one could tell me for how long. I still had to wait being "handed off" to a different check in person and my car had not be washed yet. I am very skeptical about going back for any other service. Too bad since they are the closest dealership to my residence. I would rather drive farther than be treated like a forgotten number in the cue.

First time to service our new Highlander. Have been to Nalley in the past and the service I got yesterday was exceptional and even better than the past. Attention to detail, good communications, pleasant attitude by all the staff.
My service consultant made sure I had all my questions answered and that I left satisfied.
Only "negative" is that they need more and better snacks at the coffee bar for customers who are waiting. There is no "fast food" in a close walk so you get hungry when waiting.

Very pleasant experience. Dreaded the entire process - but I did walk away with the vehicle I wanted at the price I was willing to pay! Michael Hendrix was my sales rep and I would definitely ask for him again.
