I visited when they opened on a Sunday, so I had no big crowd and it was guaranteed clean (or at least should be, and was!). I found many great buys in clothing and home goods near the back...

The staff here are ok until closing time then they are rude and unwilling to help I suffer from a TBI aka traumatic brain injury and I have never experienced such disrespect in a store when I was spending over three hundred dollar... If there had been anything close that was opened I would have walked out and never come back...

Ross is a nice store for certain merchandise and the prices are reasonable. The only problem is the store atmosphere and layout seems a bit drab for me.Nevertheless I do shop there from time to time.

Super finds at this Ross: Beautiful kitchen rug, Fancy NYE hair accessories and even a camo coat w/hood for the pup!! A favorite spot to shop when in Hampton!!
