This place takes advantage of people when they are most vulnerable. Especially when you just loss a love one. They double the price of everything then on top of that they charge you a service fee. What a rip-off.
And they do a very poor job with the deceased body. I used them for my mom's funeral. It was a total nightmare. Her body was not even positioned in the casket properly. It was leaning on it's side. Her head was not straight either. Her dress was put on crooked and the corsage was not even pinned to her dress.
They do not pay any attention to details. This is a real shame. They should be a shamed of themselves. Poor equity and over priced.
Shop around before you use this company. But if you have to use them, be prepared to negotiate on all prices. Let them know that it doesn't cost that much on everything they try to sell you.
I am giving them two stars only because the people I worked with there did make an effort to accommodate me.
