In short - a totally unpleasant staff for years now - a very unwelcoming place to shop

A totally unpleasant staff for years now as well as the owner!!!!!!! A very unwelcoming place to shop. I go to a hallmark out of town which has just the same merchandise and it is a pleasure to spend my money there.
