I am currently relocating out of state but have resided at Rose Hall for a year. Most reviews I have checked out at my new place pretty much seem biased toward one way so I understand how it can be convient to someone who does research to find a new apt in the area.

Rose Hall apartments are a great choice. The location is awesome its by everything without being on the main road. Its surround by woods and theres nothing elsa back here so theres no reason for any one to come back here unless they live here. Its a nice quite neighborhood. Theres always plenty of room to park. I never hear my neighbors in my apartment.I would recomend them to anyone there...

We are so happy to have found Rose Hall Apartments! The grounds are so well kept. When you call maintenance they are here within the hour to fix the problem. They do a wonderful job. Management in the office is excellent and very knowledgable. They are here to help you in anyway they can. The apartments, when we moved in, were perfect, nothing needed to be redone or fixed. Everything is clean....

New to the area after being stationed here from California. Picked a place after doing some research online and couldn't be happier. The office staff is so friendly and were very helpful to my wife and me. The grounds here look so nice and its so quiet when i come home from work. Gym is awesome, plenty of free weights for me and my wife likes the treadmills, I do wish they would allow pets but...
