Inspection is super slow. Shop manager is rude.
I appreciate that even though I thought I was bringing the Jeep Wrangler in for a tune up/oil change , you called and told me of another issue that would soon need to be addressed. You gave me the option and didn't try to push me into any extra work. Also, the work is always done in a very timely manner.
We have taken our cars to Scott and Joe for many years, ever since they had their station on Northampton Blvd. When they moved to Little Creek Road, our business went with them. They send you reminders as to when your next service is due, although sometimes I still forget. They are very trustworthy, reliable, and reasonable as well. This last service we had done was to my Camry. Oil was leaking...
After a number of years you folks are still furnishing great parts and services. As you know my cars (2) are older and you have the guys to get the job done. No call backs, just good service. Would recommend you without reservation.
