They will not honor their warranties, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and hope that this will get their attention. My couch is less than a year old, the cushions won't stay on the couch, called RTG and the Tech came out and told us the life is gone from the velcro, and the use of velcro was dated. I received a phone call from RTG saying the could no longer help us

Bad customer support service

We purchased a bedroom set from Store #2903 in Hurst, Texas. This purchase was made on 3 of January 2010. The amount was for $1043.00 dollars. Order number 2759246. The furniture was delivered on 1/10/10. Here-in lies the problem. Your Rooms to go store offers a dollar back of 50 to 100 dollars off if scratches or dents are found with purchase of any used mattress set. My wife read the article...

Have had more than one issue with drivers of this company. They like to blow their horns and flip you off if you're in their way. They cut you iff on the highways and speed through the back street...
