Simpy put... avoid this plumber. The final bill will be 3 to 4 times the estimate (although the work is fine). He is also known to use "sub-contractors" (possibly unlicensed) when he doesn't want the work or hassle. He has many BBB complaints against him. "Danger Will Robinson!"
