Do Not Hire this Company

They built a deck that failed inspection and never came to replace the bolts. After numerous calls, I sent a complaint to the BBB of which Mr. Echols lied repeatedly and the BBB later closed the file. Before the deck failed inspection, I hired him to tile my bathroom. Looks like a 13 year old tiled it. He states that he referred me out but he never said that. In fact, I have his emails indicating otherwise. My next step is to sue him and bring my evidence with me to court! (Edited May 28, 2012)

I have used this person before and you need beware.
He has a criminal case in Florida for taking customers money and leaving state. Just be careful.
