I didn't even get to see Dr. Kaur. I called in to make an appointment and the staff was so rude I just canceled. I called them at 8am and said I wanted to make an appt. The woman on the phone said, Why, are you sick? Um. Then I asked if I can make an appt for the afternoon. She proceeds to try to schedule me at 10am today, or 9am tomorrow. Next to impossible to get the nurse to respond to your need for help or to even answer her phone or return your call. Great doctor and great staff except for nurse.

We visited this doctor with my daughter who is Type 1 diabetic (diagnosed over 7 years ago). The staff on the first visit were ok, not overly friendly or polite. We registered with an endocrinologist but were getting my daughters prescription from Dr Kaur. When trying to call the office they hardly ever answer especially if its 30 minutes or so before they close. When they do answer they are...
