The rental office staff is SO helpful and friendly. My one-bedroom apt with patio is larger than most I've seen. Two large walk-in closets, large living/dining room area. Kitchen is just the right size. Bedroom is large and quiet. The pool is nice and clean. Playground and grill area is safe and brightly lit. Neighbors are friendly and we all watch out for each other. Property is off of Rte 1....

I moved in a month and a half ago, and my apartment itself is nice (for the price), but the building is poorly constructed with thin walls and shitty plumbing. I can even hear one of my neighbors...
