If you can get written proof from the vets you took the puppy to that the puppy was unfit for sale, you can win a judgement for the purchase price of the puppy, including any monies paid for treatment to the dog, from a small claims court, up to the maximum allowed in your state.
Even better, go to small claims court and bring along one or more of the vets!
