Worst business experience EVER!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star, honestly!!! First of all enduring the sexism upon dropping the unit off is the least of it. At the end of June, I pulled the string completely out of an otherwise working weedeater and could not get it to retract. I brought the weedeater in and explained the dilemma. It took them a week to get back to tell us what parts we...

Horible, Horible, service! Had my edger for over a month, left the base outside in the rain until it rusted. Never did fix it. Told me repeatedly it would be ready only to find out it was again not worked on. Owner has poor customer service skills and lacks communication skills as well. I will never deal with them again. I gave up, Briggs even told me to take it somewhere else.

Will they fix your stuff? Yes. Will they communicate well? Absolutely not. Will your mower leave the place with old gas and idling bad? Maybe. Try the other places first.
