Second experience with this company. First experience was fantastic. Great work and good price along with good customer service. Now....totally different. Bad experience starts with receptionist who just doesn't have time to be bothered and arrogance continued from her and who she identified as the owner- I never saw the person - then I left and went elsewhere. Will continue to go elsewhere and will recommend others to do the same. A shame how a business can outgrow themselves. With this type of customer service they will be gone as fast as they came.

Our experience with Rock Solid was wonderful from start to finish. They had the only piece of granite we could find and agree on, the saleslady, Cindy Gilbert, was incredibly helpful. In addition, they offered the best price in Hampton Roads and their workforce, from the measurers to the installers, were polite and extremely competent. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience.

I got my cabinets and granite countertops from Rock Solid. They did a great job. They had a very large selection of cabinets both custom and factory. I was able to view my slab of granite before they made my countertops. I had no problems at all very helpful and professional.

Very poor customer service and do not warranty their work or product. I had granite installed on an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor fire pit. I used the fire pit for the first time two weeks after installation and the granite cracked straight thru in 4 places. I contacted Rock Solid and was told by 2 people that it must have been something I did i.e. the fire was really big or I laid something...
