We have lived here for 2 years now and have never been disspointed. Managaement is super nice and very personal, they make an effort to help us get to know each other as a community, and they're always there to help. Perfect location for evergreen students. Just walk out the back and ur on campus. Nice to hav washer/dryer in apt. Ofc staff hav been very accommodating. So not sure what happened w/ other reviewer. Lawns and buildings well maintained. Safe and fairly quiet for the number of students.
