I wouldn't use anyone one else but Robinson Electronics! David was very helpful, informative, told us the cause of the problems, and the repair cost, and was right on it. We checked before, this company has good reviews!
Somebody has a listing posted as a scam? Don't pay any attention to it, they must have had issues! They have a A+ rating in my book -- #1 Service!!
This company is a scam. They will say they can fix your item and then come out charge $75 for the trip. They will then look at whatever it is and then say they will look for parts. You will never hear from them again unless you call. If you call they will not return your call or hang up on you.
