This Robert Wise has been managing Woodstream Condos for about two years now and I can't think of one thing they've done to improve or even just manage our condo!! As others have stated, they are unresponsive, impolite, missing billings then send out late fees, etc. More recently, we were told our trees were getting some ""work done"" -- but they had them all cut down! During the storms last yr (2009) I had to call six times for more salt and no one ever responded! These guys are just a liability waiting to happen. Stay away!

I used to live in a condo with robert wise as the manager, and he is extremely unresponsive. The person Vera that answers the phones is rude and dismissive, and you can never get anything done in a timely fashion. If you have the choice in selecting a company for your condo, don't go with this management company.

I live at Delaire Landing, a community currently
managed by Robert H. Wise Mgt Co, Inc. Their first manager was fired by the site and the second should be. When I called to complain about a commercial trailer being parked in the front yard parking lot of the priciest condominiums, I was met with arrogance, attitude and a sense of entitlement that was beyond belief. This trailer has been parked in the emergency access lane of the parking lot as well. The police have been called to ticket it. This months newsletter had a letter from the manager (one and same) saying all residents who parked...
