I had a bad experience with another dealership. I had come here 20 years ago; I went there, wasn't approved for a car. I went back to see if they would work with me this time. I saw a commercial about leasing a car. But, Dorinda, my salesperson, said that was not for me. She was just awesome. She showed me the vehicles I could have, and helped me pick the best one. She answered everything I needed to know. When she asked me about car insurance, I told her I was cancelled last month when my car was totaled. They wanted $700 to reinstate it. Dorinda gave me a business card for Allstate. The guy offered me $160 and I jumped on it. Dorinda took care of everything. I just signed some papers and I was out of there with a car in 2 1/2 hours. At the other dealership, I was there 2 1/2 days. I would absolutely recommend anyone to come here. My daughter is happy with the car. I like room you can turn around and it is good on gas mileage.
Not a very good place to go. Not very organized, and inventory is not the best.
This is by far the worst dealer ship i have ever bought a car from after one year they are trying to take me to court for a $ 1000.00 that they over charged me on the car i have proof o the price of the car an when they got it financed they went back an added it to the price please look at your contract told them about what they did an yes they are still wanting me to pay them i'm not paying them anything so go an sucker someone else don't buy anything from these people used car side they will only get over on you nothing else ( poor dealership )
I had been shopping for a truck. I didn't know the salesman from Adam, but it was the salesman that made the sale. He took his time with me, he treated me seriously, talked about what I wanted to know. Most importantly, he didn't blow me off. I had been at some of the other dealerships and I felt like they didn't take me seriously. I came after work, in dirty work clothes. The salesman treated me like he'd treat someone in a suit with dollar bills in his hand. Lets see on a scale of one to ten, I'd give them a nine! I love my new Silverado.
I Was Treated Good By Them – I saw a commercial on TV and I followed up on the commercial and I went to RK. Then, I went a couple of other places, but they didn't even have prices on the windows. I didn't like the way they were doing business at the other dealerships, so I went back to RK. My salesperson was Woody, he was a very nice gentleman. He treated me good. There were no problems. We love our Malibu my wife drives it. I was treated good by them! I am trying to get my neighbor to go there when he is ready to buy.
Everything Went Really Well – I got an email about some events, some sales event, and that drew me in. I needed a different car and I drove past the lot several times and saw some interesting cars, so I decided to give it a go. I have a friend who works in the service shop, so he was looking out for me too. Dorinda did an awesome job. She hooked me up with a great car at a good price! I didn't feel that I was being hustled just to make a sale. She did all the leg work for me. Everything went really well. It was wonderful!
