We had Tilley remodel our kitchen a few years ago and then later two of our baths. My wife told them the drop dead date to be finished (just before Thanksgiving) and said, they had the job but if they could not finish on time, they could wait until the new year. There was no rush. Had them come to replace the toilet ring, and the guy said there was no leakage. He said the color I saw around the toilet was variations in the floor color. Charged me $80 for nothing and now a few months later, the leakage is worse and has ruined the floor.

Called RJ tilley and they came right out, got my problem fixed quickly at a very reasonable rate. The service man was friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job. Will definitely be using them in the future!
