I loved C9 and thoroughly enjoyed my time learning there back in High School. However if you're child needs special attention Beware of the head of special education there. I witnessed her clearly giving students answers to the test, and showing favoritism to the extent of accusing a student who had been bullied by her teacher's pet of a serious crime and twisting the student's words around to...
